Austin Kirtley, P.A.

Austin is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. He began his legal career as an intern at the Brosnan & Hegler law firm in Garden City, New York. During law school he had the opportunity to work with the general counsel of both the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Upon graduation, Austin accepted a position as an Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

After being introduced to the intricacies of immigration law, Austin realized the significant difference he could make by helping his clients navigate the complex American  immigration system. This led him to begin his own practice with the goal of helping individuals accomplish their dreams of obtaining a U.S. visa, green card, and eventually citizenship.
